In honour of Dr. Henry Fok, whose love of the game and patronage of the sport over the years had given such impetus to the development of tennis in Hong Kong, it is only fitting that this event he had sponsored since its inception some fifteen years ago shall now be renamed Dr. Henry Fok Corporate Patron League.

Objectives of the CPL
- To promote competitive tennis among corporations in Hong Kong and raise the playing standard of business executives generally
- To foster exchange and encourage friendly relations between corporations through tennis
- To create more exposure for the game of tennis by reaching out to a special segment of our community
- To communicate to Hong Kong tennis public that the Hong Kong Tennis Association is committed to the development of the game
* Any surplus funds will be donated to the HONG KONG JUNIOR ELITE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME to help pay for coaching and traveling expenses for Hong Kong's most promising junior players.
Format of Play
- A team will field two doubles pairs per round
- A Multiple elimination format will be adopted
- Each Team will play 2 preliminary rounds
- Teams will then be assigned according to their results in the preliminary rounds to the following Single-Elimination Draws:
